When you submit an enquiry, we process your name, company, email, country, optional phone number, selected products and message for the purpose of responding. These details are stored in a private administrator area.
Website statistics
We count page openings in anonymous aggregate form without recording IP addresses or visitor IDs for that count. Only if you give permission do we collect visited pages, product views, filter selections, links clicked, form-submission events, a visitor/session identifier, IP address, device/browser type and approximate country/region when GeoIP is available on the server. Analytics never records the text you enter into enquiry forms, passwords or private messages. An IP address does not identify someone by name.
Your choice and data retention
Optional analytics only begin after your permission. You can refuse or change your selection at any time using “Change statistics preferences” in the website footer. We store the permission preference locally in your browser. Visitor identifiers are only created if you accept analytics. Detailed analytics logs and IP addresses are retained for up to 30 days and older files are cleared periodically. Separate hosting technical logs may have different retention settings.
Third parties and your rights
These statistics do not use advertising trackers. Links to Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Maps open services governed by their own privacy policies. You may request access, correction, objection or deletion of personal data by emailing rahman@albad.eu, subject to applicable law.
